If you want your character to be a mix of 2 or 3 different species, which are vampire, werewolf, or vampire, then read on. Also, read this if you want your vampire to have children with either werewolves or humans or vise versa.
1. When the baby is born, they are born the normal way. Either from the bottem or a C-section (stomach cut open to get to the baby). None of that Twilight crap were the babies eat the motehrs from the inside out.
2. Look at the facts. Such as, don't have your human 25 and their kid 18.
3. The baby can have different species characteristics; such as, a vampire-werewolf child might be able to turn into a werewolf, have everlasting life, and be able to turn others into a vampire at the same time. They always turn out different.
